At Calm Your Child (a brand by Rooted Parent Co.), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

Because the Calm Your Child Playbook is a digital product (instant PDF download), we are generally unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We will offer a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• There was a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the download.
• The product you received was significantly different from what was described.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello.calmyourchild@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
